Ratnadevi, an ordained Buddhist, has been practising and
teaching Yoga and Meditation for 25 years, with a special
interest in MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy) using
mindfulness as an approach to physical and mental/emotional
suffering. She is also a trained musician and visual artist, a
deviser of contemporary rituals and an ecologist. Her work is
motivated by a desire to contribute to the re-emergence of a way
of life that honours the inter-connectedness of all life.
She teaches mainly at the

Dhanakosa Retreat Centre
and
Holy Isle
